Or half before I start and half after sketch is approved
Paypal/Cashapp♡ • Please have a clear ref of the character so I dont miss any designs♡ • I can refuse any commission I dont feel comfortable doing♡ • Commercial use of my art is allowed but you will need to pay a fee depending on what it is!♡ • If paying with paypal please pay through friends and family!!Will probably add more or change some things but heres my T.O.S for now

☆ Art trade TOS ☆

TH: Lem0nsBakery♡ • Once we have talked it through fully (Oc/Pose/Expression all that) and confirmed Ill add you to my trello and let you know when I have a wip to show! (If you want to be shown)♡ • If I have finished my sketch before you I will wait untill Ive recived a wip from ur side once ive got a wip (Unless discussed we wont show wips but I always want to see wips) then I will start to finish my side and let you know when im done!

☆ Design/Custom TOS ☆

♡ • Always credit me for the art!
TH: Lem0nsBakery♡ • Adopts will need to be paid for within 36 hrs of when you asked to buy them and I have confirmed and sent you a link to pay
Payment plans / Holds are available but if you backout you will be blocked♡ • All designs must wait a week to be traded/resold unless you bought them for someone else♡ • All my designs must stay on toyhouse do not delete them if traded off site let me know before
Do not hide them from me either♡ • My designs must not be sold for more than bought value unless more art has been added♡ • I have the right to revoke my designs if I feel uncomfortable with you owning them due to you getting gross/illegal art for them or you do something gross or illegal♡ • Design edits are allowed go wild as long as im still credited for the design
You may add urself as a designer as well if design is changed alot do not edit the design to be completed different that the og♡ • Commercial use is allowed to make merch of my design with a fee ($50)
If you want to use my art for commercial purposes please ask me there will be a fee depending on what it is!♡ • Please have a good idea for what ur wanting for a custom ex: Moodboards, species, colors, any specific patterns Etc♡ • I can refuse any customer
